Entrevista | Her Majesty & The Wolves para o What I Wore Today no Wireless Festival

Enquanto estive no Wireless Festival com Vodafone VIP, eu tive a sorte o suficiente para encontrar eventualmente a mulher mais bela que já passou pelo WIWT - Ex Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt. Kimberly e Spencer Nezey Ex Jupiter Rising MC/produtor se reuniram em 2010 para criar o duo de electro-pop chamado de Her Majesty & The Wolves... e é isso que eles usavam para Wireless: 

Whilst at Wireless with Vodafone VIP, I was lucky enough to meet possibly the most beautiful woman who will ever feature on WIWT – ex-Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt. Kimberly and Jupiter Rising MC/producer Spencer Nezey came together in 2010 to create conceptual electro-pop duo Her Majesty & the Wolves…and this is what they wore to Wireless:

"Têm visto Nicole?

Não, estamos muito ocupadas."

Elegantemente responde Kimberly Wyatt, quando questionada se tem falado com sua ex-companheira no extinto The Pussycat Dolls, Nicole Scherzinger. 

Na entrevista, Kimbery fala sobre seu namorado Kevin Schmdit, '111', Cherly Cole e X-Factor. Confiram os scans da revista.

Kimberly Wyatt revela os segredos de seu corpo incrível para Star Magazine

Olá, Kimberly, o que você come em um dia típico? 

"De manhã, eu como um grapefruit ou uma maçã. Para o almoço, uma salada ou um sanduíche. Em seguida, para o jantar, peixes ou frango com legumes". 

Você faz contagem das calorias? 

"Não, eu acho que o controle é tudo, o equilíbrio é uma parcela do meu grande negócio. Eu uso pratos menores para que eu não me empanturre. Se eu estou tentando emagrecer para uma sessão de fotos ou algo, eu vou comer principalmente vegetais com um molho rancho. Acho que liberar o sistema."

Qual é a sua maior fraqueza? 

"Pirulitos, pastelarias, doces, chocolate quente com biscoitos."

Como você evitá-los?  

"Se eu trabalhar no período da manhã, eu não sou de açúcar craving e outras coisas que eu amo."

Será que ser famoso motivá-lo a ficar em forma?

"Tudo começou quando eu era um dançarino. Cada audição fui, eu estava consciente do corpo. Eu entrar e todas as meninas teriam de seis pacotes, peitos grandes e pequenos corpinhos. Isso me motivou em primeiro lugar para começar a correr e correr." 

Será que as Pussycat Dolls motivar uns aos outros para manter a forma? 

"Absolutamente. Seríamos um do outro exercitar-se parceiros. Nos dizíamos uns aos outros sobre novos regimes de trabalho-out que estávamos tentando." 

O que o exercício que você faz?  

"Eu malho 3-5 vezes por semana. Eu costumo correr para conseguir o meu corpo motivados e meu favorito exercitar-se agora mesmo é o treinamento do circuito. Eu vou fazer uma volta, então eu fazer 25 flexões de braço, 50 abdominais, 25 polichinelos, em seguida, executar outra volta - Eu vou fazer isso quatro vezes ".
